Hi, I bought your 'TechMatte Multi-Angle Aluminum Holder for iPad Pro' about a year ago anduse it constantly. It's great! Totally increases my ipadpro functionality. Well yesterday something went pop on it and it doesn't hold position any more. Just pivots and goes completely flat. I tried to take it apart and get into it o see if I could fix it- pull the push button out to see if something got stripped but I can't figure out how to get it apart. Is there a warranty or some way to fix it? It's really useful and seems like a hue waste of aluminum if it is permanently broken, and so easily. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have the same problem. Did you receive a reply to your question of how to resolve the problem that the arm no longer holds its position and swings without locking?
