Following the thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, you may return any product purchased from TechMatte, for any reason and receive a refund for the original purchase price of the product. As per our Return Policy, we do ask that you ship the item back to us and that it be in new, unopened and sellable condition.

Once the product is received by us here at TechMatte, we will be happy to proceed with processing the refund for the full purchase price of the returned item. Please see our Return Policy for further details.

amFilm Lifetime Warranty

At TechMatte we understand that screen protectors can be difficult to install - whether you are a beginner or pro. Because of that, we offer our customers a simple, hassle-free replacement, at any time after the original purchase.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers one (1) replacement of the originally purchased product*. Subsequent replacements (outside the scope of product defectiveness) are not covered by this warranty.

It is our goal to have complete customer satisfaction. We will provide a replacement or refund for your product should there be any defect from the manufacturer or from shipping and handling.If for any reason we are unable to send a replacement (should the item be discontinued), we will offer a refund, or a new product of equal purpose and value.

TechMatte may request return shipping of a defective product for analysis at TechMatte's own discretion.

*For any amFilm Ultra Glass Screen Protector orders, the Lifetime Warranty will cover one (1) replacement package (screen protector and UV Gel).

One Year Warranty

For twelve (12) months following the original date of purchase, you can contact TechMatte for any quality-related issues and we will provide a free replacement for the product.

At our discretion we will even offer to cover the shipping cost to get the free replacement to you. TechMatte does reserve the right to request damaged/unusable items to be returned to us for verification and improvement purposes. The responsibility of shipping fees and other expenses for these types of instances will be handled at the discretion of TechMatte and on a case-by-case circumstance.

Extended Warranty

Register your order within 30 days from the date of purchase to unlock our Extended Warranty.

Registered Lifetime Warranty coverage for amFilm Screen Protectors includes two (2) replacements of the originally purchased products.

24-Month Warranty Coverage for products from TechMatte includes one (1) replacement of the originally purchased products for any quality related issues for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Registration is required for extended warranty coverage.

*For any amFilm Ultra Glass Screen Protector orders, the Registered Lifetime Warranty will cover one (2) replacement packages (replacement package includes one of each: screen protector and UV Gel).

Return Policy

TechMatte will cover return shipping costs for any issues that are the direct result of an error or quality-relating issue made on our end, such as: receiving a damaged or defective item(s), or having been shipped an incorrect product. All other return costs/shipping fees will be covered at our discretion.

Shipping fees relating to exchanges for correct models/versions, or accidental orders will be the responsibility of the customer. Also, if a product is fulfilled and/or shipped to you through our selling platform of Amazon, you will need to contact Amazon's Customer Support department and abide by their specific policies regarding returns. (Please note: unauthorized reselling of any and all TechMatte and TechMatte brand products is prohibited.)

Warranty Restrictions and Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not extend to any product: (a) purchased from a non-authorized Third Party seller (b) for which a refund of the full purchase price has been processed (c) for which a valid order number or record cannot be provided or located.

Exceptions to warranties explained above may apply to bulk orders.

TechMatte reserves the right to refuse replacement for abuse of warranty policy.

Replacements can only be shipped to US or UK addresses. If you are not within the US or UK, we will offer a one-time full refund for the purchased product. Subsequent orders will not be eligible for refund.
